Christmas! It seems so ago long since it more or less didn’t happen and we cheered ourselves up by escaping evil penguins!
Well, at least that’s what almost 1,000 fun-loving brokers did during the festive break, by playing our surprisingly popular Maze Raider online game. So, thanks to all who took part.
Congratulations to our Maze Raider prize draw winner, Rob Davies, Regional Development Manager at the Congleton office of Circle Insurance Services Ltd. Rob was randomly chosen from all those who registered a score, to win a £50 gift voucher of his choice, which according to Rob was rather rapidly spent on Amazon by his wife. Well done Mrs Davies!
Although we said there was no prize for the highest scorer, we couldn’t help but be impressed by the unbelievable score of 380,340 posted by Sean Lowe, Account Handler at Town & Country Insurance Services Ltd. As such, we gave Sean a free Desktop Rebuild Cost Assessment for him to pass on to a client.
We also gave both of our winners £50 to donate to charity. Rob asked for his money to go to Asthma UK, while Sean told us about an organisation called Whizz-Kidz, which helps young wheelchair users become more confident, outgoing and independent.
Sean told us: “A close friend of mine has a child with Cerebral Palsy and day to day life for them can be very challenging. It’s nice to know the money is going to a charity which helps to support children and those who care for them."
