These are of course unusual times and having entered a further and possibly lengthy period of lockdown in the UK, I want to reassure you that RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com remains open for business and will continue to be available to you and your clients to ensure buildings can be covered for the right amount.
I’m sure you are aware that we have led the way in providing remote desktop building insurance valuations and that due to their very nature they are entirely safe as no face-to-face interaction is needed.
However, and in accordance with Government guidelines, we are also still able to complete site surveys for those properties unsuitable for desktop assessment. As part of the RiskSTOP Group of companies, risk management is one of our absolute core strengths. You can therefore feel reassured that any site surveys will be carried out in a fully COVID-19 secure manner and we will liaise closely with you on each individual case to ensure that you and your clients are entirely satisfied by our approach. Our desktop expertise allows us to prepare remotely for all site surveys, meaning the amount of time we spend at any property is kept to an absolute minimum.
By continuously reviewing Government guidance and following our own strict internal procedures around risk assessment and mitigation, we will at all times be putting the health and safety of clients and our team first. At the same time, we recognise that adequate protection of buildings is also of critical importance and therefore we will be doing all we can to offer our services as much as is practicably possible throughout the next few challenging months.
