Winner Announcement: Santa’s Grotto Rebuild Cost

Updated: 23 hours ago

Did you know that we run exclusive giveaways for our Platinum & Gold tier brokers?

To qualify, brokers must place 10 or more (for Platinum) or 4 or more (for Gold) rebuild cost assessment orders through their accounts each month.

In December we got all festive and asked our Platinum & Gold brokers what they think it would cost to rebuild Santa's Grotto (as above)! The closest would receive £100 worth of Amazon vouchers.

And the results are in...

... Louise Duffy from Castle Insurance Services. Congratulations! You were the closest guess with £18,000,000! Keep an eye out on your inbox. We will be in touch soon with your vouchers!

Thank you to everyone for taking part! We enjoyed reading some of your creative answers, some of you were really in the festive mood. Our honourable mentions go to:

Rosie from Real Insurance with: “taking into account the implications of getting building materials to the north pole, a specialist contractor to build in snowy conditions & the urgency, I'm going to guess at £500 million for the building, or £600 million IF the decorations are attached to the fabric of the building”

Simon from Grout Insurance Brokers had baked goods on the brain with his answer: “Cake Value £250, Building Grade 2 in a listed conservation area £2 million”

And Colin from James Hallam tried to think outside the box with his guesstimate: “Nothing because the elves built it themselves & they work in a cashless society”.

Great stuff!

We’ll have another exclusive prize giveaway for Platinum & Gold brokers soon, so keep those orders coming in.

Thank you again to everyone for your continued support. We wish you all the best and a Happy New Year from everyone here, at RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com.
